How much do corporate Christmas gifts cost? A budget guide from €15 to €70 per person

"How much will it cost?" is the first question when management asks for Christmas gifts. The answer depends on three things: how many recipients, which item, and what else is in the price. This guide gives you numbers you can take into the meeting.
What makes up the price of a gift
The item price is only a part. Add the logo print (with a setup charge spread over the batch), a gift box or packaging, assembling the set and delivery. That is why a "€6 mug" becomes €12–18 as a real gift. In our Christmas sets the 1-colour print on every item is already in the price, so there are no surprises.
Up to €20 per person
This is the place for practical things used daily: a mug, a pen, a keyring, a tote bag. Example – the Small set: a ceramic mug with a lid and a keyring with a trolley coin for €17.99 with print. This level suits large teams and a long client list.
€20–30 per person
Now you can combine three things or one "more serious" item. The Medium set at €23.99 combines a steel flask, a cotton tote bag and a metal keyring. An alternative: a logo thermo bottle plus a notebook. This is the most common budget for employees.
€30–45 per person
A gift in a box. The Premium set at €38.99 – the Tactical notebook and a metal pen in a black box with a magnetic closure. For partners, managers and clients you work with all year.
Over €60 per person
Exclusive sets – the Carmen notebook in faux-leather covers with a pen in a box for €69. Here the quantity is usually smaller (10–20), but the look matters more than the price.
How quantity changes the price
Print setup costs the same for 10 and 30 sets, so the price per set falls: Small – €17.99 at 10, €14.99 at 20, €13.99 at 30 sets. Medium – €23.99 / €19.99 / €16.99. If two departments order together, both save.
Three ways not to overpay
- Decide in November. In December fewer colours are left in stock, and rush printing carries a surcharge.
- One logo for all items. Every extra colour or print position is a separate setup.
- Send a vector file. Redrawing a PNG costs time, sometimes money.
