How the white-label approach works

In practice, white label means three things. First, we prepare the quote as a table or PDF with product photos and prices per quantity, and on request without our company details – the agency adds its own margin and forwards it on as its own.

Second, we don't include our own marketing materials on the packaging or delivery notes if agreed in advance; the shipment can be addressed directly to the end client or to the agency's office. Third, communication with the end client goes through the agency – we don't offer our services directly to your client.

Stickers, digital and large-format printing

We print stickers on paper, PP film, vinyl, transparent and metallised material, in sheets or rolls, with contour cutting to any shape. Agencies most often need product, ingredient, instruction and translation stickers – these are often part of a packaging project and change with every batch, so we also quote for small quantities.

Digital printing covers business cards, flyers, brochures, catalogues, cards, invitations, calendars and diplomas from 1 piece. In large-format printing – posters from A4 to A0, PVC banners, roll-up banner stands, beach flags and photo banners for event areas.

Artwork requirements and print area sizes

We work with vector graphics – .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg; CMYK colours, raster images at least 300 dpi at actual size. If the client only sends a JPG or PNG from a presentation, let us know straight away: we can redraw small logos, but it will affect the turnaround time.

In apparel printing the standard print areas are: left chest 110×90 mm, front and back up to 280×210 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm, embroidery up to 90×90 mm. Screen printing is more cost-effective for larger quantities with 1–3 colours, DTF transfer – for small quantities and full-colour images, embroidery – for polo shirts, jackets and caps.

We confirm artwork by email. Production only starts after written approval – this also protects the agency in situations where the client later changes their mind about colour or size.

How to put together a request so the quote is accurate

It's fastest if the request already includes the quantity, approximate deadline, number of logo colours and delivery address. You can also put products together directly in the catalogue and send a request from there, or simply email us a list.

• Specify 2–3 alternative price tiers – clients often choose the cheapest option, and then the quote is already ready.
• Let us know if you need a 3D view with the logo for a presentation.
• If the order needs to be split into several shipments (office + event venue), mention this upfront – it changes the logistics cost.

Frequently asked questions

Can the quote be sent to the client with the agency's own details?

Yes. On request, we prepare a quote without our logo or contact details – with product photos, prices, print area and turnaround times, so it can be forwarded or placed on your own template.

Is there a separate price list for agencies?

The price is based on the quantity and printing method, so for regular partners we calculate pricing in quantity tiers – for example, a polo shirt from €8.01 at 1 pc and from €7.32 at 100 pcs. Terms for ongoing cooperation are agreed individually.

How long does it take to get promotional products with printing?

Usually 6–10 business days: 4–7 business days production depending on quantity plus 2–3 days delivery. Our own printing – stickers, business cards, posters – 1–3 business days.

Do you make a single sample before a large print run?

Yes, digital printing, mugs and DTF printing can be produced from 1 piece. For screen printing and embroidery, a sample costs more because screens or an embroidery programme need to be prepared, so a 3D visualisation is often sufficient.

What files do you need?

Vector graphics .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg, CMYK colours, raster images at 300 dpi at actual size. For socks with a woven-in logo, you need a simple, high-contrast logo shape, with a minimum order of 100 pairs.

Do you ship directly to the end client?

Yes, we can address the shipment directly to the client or to the event venue, including splitting it into several parts to different addresses.
