How to Order Printing: From Enquiry to Delivery in 6 Steps
A practical guide to ordering printing from Atta Print: 6 steps from enquiry to delivery, files, lead times of 3–10 business days, and indicative prices.
Ordering printing with us is a 6-step process: enquiry, quote (we prepare it within one business day), file submission, digital artwork approval, production, and delivery. The standard lead time after artwork approval is 3–10 business days depending on the product and quantity; rush jobs are possible by arrangement. We also work with orders of just 1 piece, and the per-unit price decreases as quantity increases.
Step 1: Enquiry
Email us at info@attaprint.lv, call, or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699. To get an accurate quote the first time, please specify:
- what needs to be printed (stickers, business cards, posters, T-shirts, mugs, promotional products);
- the quantity, or several options to compare (for example, 50 / 100 / 250 pcs);
- size or format (A2, 90x55 mm, for stickers — cm x cm);
- number of print colours and positions (for garments and products);
- the date you need it by.

Step 2: Quote within one business day
Project manager Madara prepares a quote with the price per unit, total amount, set-up costs (if any), and lead time. All prices are quoted excl. VAT.

Prices are indicative and refer to printing only; garments, mugs and promotional products are charged separately on top of the item itself. The exact total depends on quantity, number of colours, and number of positions.
Step 3: Files
The best option is vector graphics: .ai, .eps, or .pdf with fonts converted to outlines, colours in CMYK. Such a file can be scaled without loss of quality and works for stickers, banners, and screen printing alike.
What if you don't have a vector file
- For photos and raster images: at least 300 dpi at actual print size (150 dpi is sufficient for large-format work).
- If your logo is only in JPG or PNG, we can redraw it in vector format — just mention this in your enquiry so we can plan the time for it.
- Print files with edge-to-edge background require a 3 mm bleed and a 3–5 mm safety margin from the cut line.
- For stickers with contour cutting, the file must include a separate cut line.
Step 4: Artwork approval
Before production, we send a digital artwork proof in PDF format showing the size, print position, and colours. The client approves it in writing (by email or WhatsApp). This step matters: once approved, responsibility for text, contact details, and spelling errors passes to the customer.
If a colour is critical (such as a corporate colour), please specify the Pantone code. The colour on screen and the printed colour may differ; the same code can also look slightly different on fabric versus paper.

Step 5: Production and quality check
We produce the order and, before packaging, check that the full quantity is complete, the cut is precise, and the print position is correct. For garments, we make the first piece as a sample and compare it with the approved artwork — this helps us avoid errors across the whole batch.
If the order is large and the deadline is tight, we can deliver part of the quantity sooner (for example, 50 T-shirts for an event, the rest a week later). This needs to be agreed at the quote stage.
Step 6: Collection and payment
Orders can be collected at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga, or delivered by courier anywhere in Latvia. For new clients, we usually work on a prepayment basis upon invoice; for regular clients and institutions, a post-payment invoice with a payment term is possible. We send invoices in PDF format by email.
After your first order, we keep your files on file, so repeat print runs only require a single email — no need to re-approve the artwork, and the lead time is shorter. Posters can be ordered in our poster printing section.
