How to place the logo discreetly

Consulting firms generally don't need a large logo covering the whole surface. A smaller, single-colour mark works better:

• On a thermal mug — a logo roughly 40×40 mm on one side, or a narrow strip with your website address.
• On a bag or umbrella — one colour on a single panel or pocket.
• On a hoodie or polo for a team meeting — chest placement on the left, 110×90 mm, embroidery up to 90×90 mm; large front or back printing up to 280×210 mm is used only rarely.

Files and turnaround times

Please send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg). Raster files need at least 300 dpi and a CMYK colour space. If you don't have a vector file, we can redraw it — this is included in the quote as a separate line item.

If gifts are planned for a specific event or the year-end meeting season, it's worth sending your request at least 3 weeks in advance — that leaves time for artwork revisions and colour selection.

Socks with a woven-in logo — from 100 pairs.

Can I order gifts for 10 clients instead of 100?

Yes. At smaller quantities, the unit price is higher because the setup fee is spread across fewer units. At 100 pcs, the unit price is usually 5–15% lower than at 50 pcs.

How much does a presentation kit cost for a consultant?
