Black Friday materials for a shop in 2026 should be ordered by around 13 November, since the sale itself starts on 27 November: our print products (stickers, posters, banners) take 1–3 business days, while promotional products with printing take 6–10 business days. The minimum workable kit for a medium-sized shop is price and percentage stickers, 5–10 posters sized A3–A1, one banner or roll-up banner stand at the entrance, and a gift with purchase at the till. What's included in a Black Friday kit

It's more cost-effective to order stickers on a roll if they'll be applied to products by hand — working from a roll is faster than from a sheet. 200 g paper is enough for posters; lamination is only needed if you plan to reuse them for the January sales too.

How to calculate quantities

A simple calculation: take the average number of purchases per day and multiply by the number of sale days. If a shop typically has 80 purchases a day and the sale runs for 4 days (27–30 November), that's 320 purchases. Usually 30–50% of customers claim a gift-with-purchase above a set amount, so 150 pens or 100 bags is a realistic quantity.

For stickers, calculate based on the number of sale items plus a 20% reserve — they often get damaged when applied to uneven packaging surfaces. It's better to print posters in two sizes: A1 for the shop window and entrance, A3 for shelf ends.

Files and artwork

Send vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), colours in CMYK, and raster images at 300 dpi. If your logo is only in JPG or PNG, just let us know — we can usually redraw it in vector format with minimal effort. Yes, if we print them on vinyl with removable adhesive. Just mention in your request that the stickers will be on glass and removed in December — we'll choose the appropriate material.

How many colours can be printed on a pen or bag logo?

With pad printing on pens, it's usually 1–2 colours; with digital printing, a full-colour image is possible. For tote bags, screen printing in 1–3 colours is the most cost-effective option, while DTF transfer allows a full-colour image even in small quantities.

Can I use one artwork file for all the materials?

Yes, but we adjust sizes and margins for each format. Send us a single design, and we'll prepare versions for stickers, posters and the banner; you can approve all the artwork in one email.

What should I give as a gift-with-purchase if the budget is under EUR 0.50 per piece?

Pens with printing, keyrings, reflectors or lanyards. From the examples in this article, under EUR 0.20/pc at 100 pcs are the Unix, Nash and Ipe RCS models — the price drops further at larger quantities.
