Online quote: how to get a PDF with prices and deadlines
How to request a quote online on the Atta Print website and receive, within one business day, a PDF with prices, print areas and deadlines for each item.
An online quote means you add the items you need to a request in the attaprint.lv catalogue or write to info@attaprint.lv, and within one business day you receive a structured quote — both as an online link and as a PDF file with product photos, price per piece, print area, set-up fee and completion deadline for each item. You can forward this PDF straight into a purchase request or send it to management for approval. For our own printing (stickers, business cards, posters), the deadline is 1–3 business days; for promotional products with logo printing, it's usually 6–10 business days.
What the quote PDF contains
The PDF is designed so you can make a decision without extra questions. For each item you'll see:
- the product or print job name and an image;
- quantity and price per piece / m² excl. VAT, plus the total;
- printing technology (screen printing, DTF, embroidery, sublimation, UV printing) and the print area with dimensions in millimetres;
- number of colours in the print — this directly affects screen printing prices;
- one-off set-up fee (screens, embroidery digitising), if applicable;
- completion deadline in business days and delivery method.
If you request several quantities, for example 50, 100 and 250 pieces, the PDF shows all tiers in one table, so you can see where the price per piece drops significantly.
How to request: five steps
- Choose the items. The catalogue has more than 2,000 promotional products with logo printing — pens, notebooks, bags, bottles, thermal mugs, umbrellas, tech gifts, apparel and gift sets. Add them to your request. If you need a print job (stickers, flyers, banners), simply describe it in the text.
- State the quantity. We also work with 1 piece, but the price per piece drops at higher quantities, so it helps to mention two figures: what you need now and what you might need later.
- Tell us about the logo and printing. How many colours the logo has, whether it should be printed in one or two places, and whether you need embroidery.
- Give us a date. Not "soon", but a specific date — when the product needs to be in hand. We plan production and delivery around it.
- Send it and wait for a reply. The online quote and PDF arrive within one business day by email; for urgent cases, call or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699.
What speeds up the reply
If you attach your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) to the request, we can immediately check whether it suits the chosen printing technology and add a 3D view with your logo on the product to the quote. Raster files need 300 dpi, CMYK colours.

For apparel, the PDF shows the product price and the printing price separately — this lets you compare, for example, screen printing with DTF for smaller runs. Standard print areas: left chest 110×90 mm, front and back up to 280×210 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm, embroidery up to 90×90 mm. For more on technologies, see apparel printing.
Deadlines shown for each item
- Our own printing — stickers, business cards, posters, banners: 1–3 business days after artwork approval.
- Promotional products with printing: production 4–7 business days depending on quantity and technology + delivery 2–3 days, usually 6–10 business days in total.
- Socks with woven-in logo — from 100 pairs, the deadline is longer; we state it separately for this item.
- Urgent jobs — by arrangement; call to check whether the specific product is in stock.
Artwork approval and order start
Once the quote is agreed, we prepare artwork — a visualisation with the logo in the correct size and position. The artwork is approved by email; production starts only after written approval, since the print area or colours can't be changed afterwards. If you need to compare several options for procurement, just say so right away — we'll prepare one PDF with alternatives (for example, three bottle models in three quantities) rather than three separate quotes.
