How to Order Promotional Products Remotely from Another City
A 5-step guide to ordering promotional products and printed materials remotely: which files to send, how to approve the artwork, and how much it costs and how long it takes.
You can order promotional products remotely from any city in Latvia without visiting Riga — the whole process runs by email or WhatsApp: you send us the logo and quantity, we prepare a quote within one business day, then we agree on the digital artwork and produce the order. The standard turnaround is 2–10 business days depending on the product and quantity, after which the parcel reaches you by courier or parcel locker within another 1–2 days. Files should be sent as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf) in CMYK colour mode.
Step by step: ordering in 5 steps
- Request. Write to info@attaprint.lv or WhatsApp +371 25776699: what you need, how many pieces, and when you need to receive them. One sentence is enough — for example, "200 mugs with a logo in one colour by 10 June".
- Quote. Project manager Madara replies within one business day with the price per piece, total amount, printing technology and deadline. If the product is from the catalogue, we also add a picture, material and available colours.
- Artwork. You send the logo, we place it on a visualisation of the product and send a PDF for approval. Artwork corrections before approval are free of charge.
- Approval and invoice. Once you confirm in writing by email, we issue the invoice. For new clients we usually work with a 100% advance payment; for regular clients, payment after delivery by agreement.
- Production and delivery. The production time starts from the moment the artwork is approved and payment is received. Before dispatch, we send a photo of the finished product.
What to include in your first message to save a day
The more precise your request, the faster you'll get the final price. Please specify:
- the product or category (for example, promotional products with a logo, T-shirts, stickers, posters);
- the quantity or range (100 / 250 / 500 pcs) — the price changes with volume;
- the logo file, or at least whatever version you currently have;
- the desired number of print colours and the position (chest, back, side of a bottle);
- the date by which you need the products, and the delivery address or parcel locker;
- the details needed for the invoice.
File requirements when working remotely
Vector graphics work best: .ai, .eps or .pdf with text converted to curves. Colour mode — CMYK; if an exact corporate colour matters, specify the Pantone code. For raster files (.jpg, .png, .tif), the minimum resolution is 300 dpi at actual size; for large-format printing — banners and roll-up banner stands — 100–150 dpi at final size is enough. Please add a 3 mm bleed to print files.
If you don't have a vector file and only have an image from a website, we can redraw the logo. For a simple logo this takes 1–2 business days; for complex artwork we agree on terms separately.
How to check the result without visiting in person
Colour tone can't be judged precisely on screen, so we offer two options: a digital artwork with specified Pantone/CMYK codes (free of charge), or a physical sample before the full print run. The sample is charged separately as 1 piece with print set-up and is sent by parcel locker within 5–7 business days. For large screen printing runs, a sample is recommended, as set-up costs around EUR 35.00 and isn't worth repeating.

For clothing and catalogue products, the price of the item itself must be added on top. We also work with orders of 1 piece — for example, a single mug or a single T-shirt with a DTF transfer is a perfectly normal order.
Delivery to another city
We ship by parcel locker and courier across the whole of Latvia. Indicative rates: parcel locker from EUR 4, courier to your door from EUR 6, oversized shipments (roll-up banner stands, banners, boxes of mugs) priced by weight and size. The parcel usually reaches the recipient within 1–2 business days of dispatch, so when planning an event, add these days to the production time.
If your event is in Riga, you can also pick up the order on site at Kandavas iela 29A, or we can deliver it directly to the venue. If you need the products for several branches in different cities, we split the run into separate packages and ship to each address individually — just mention this in your initial request.
Urgent jobs
Posters, stickers and business cards in small quantities can often be ready in as little as 2 business days if the artwork is finished and approved by 12:00. For screen printing and embroidery, there's limited room for urgency, as screens or embroidery programs need to be prepared first. Always confirm urgent jobs by phone — an email might not be read in time.
