Veterinary Clinic Advertising: Cards, Bags, Reflectors
A practical guide for vet clinics: vaccination cards from 1 pc with a 1–3 business day turnaround, reflectors, bags and gifts with a logo from EUR 0.48/pc.

Veterinary clinic advertising in practice consists of three parts: printing the client actually needs (vaccination and reminder cards, stickers on medication), visibility on the street (reflectors for pets and owners), and gifts the client keeps (bags, pens, mugs). We produce our own printed items — cards, stickers, posters — in 1–3 business days, while promotional products with printing usually take 6–10 business days, and you can order from as little as 1 piece. Below you'll find specific formats, quantities and indicative prices excl. VAT.
Vaccination and visit cards
The vaccination card is the most commonly requested print job for vet clinics, as it stays with the client for months and years. Two formats work well in practice: the standard 85×55 mm (fits in a wallet) and a 90×50 mm or A6 (90×140 mm) folded card with room for 6–10 entries on vaccinations, parasite treatment and weight.

The key technical decision is whether the surface needs to be written on. If staff fill in the date by hand with a pen, it's better to print the card on 300–350 g/m² card stock without lamination, or laminate only one side. If you record the date with a stamp or a sticker, matte lamination is more durable.
The same style works well for invitations to vaccination days, gift cards for procedures, and reminder cards with the next visit date — we produce all of these via digital printing from 1 pc up to large quantities.
Stickers for everyday clinic use
Stickers in a vet clinic serve two purposes at once — labelling and advertising. We most often print:
- dosage and instruction stickers for medication packaging (paper or PP film, resistant to handling);
- clinic logo stickers with a phone number, applied to feed bags, transport boxes or cards;
- reminder stickers with the next vaccination date (in sheets, with space to write in);
- transparent stickers for doors and reception glass;
- translation labels for imported feed and grooming products.
Roll-printed stickers are more convenient if staff use them every day; sheet-printed ones work better for small quantities. For more on materials and contour cutting, see our sticker printing section.
Reflectors and visibility in the dark
Dog walks in autumn and winter happen in the dark, which makes a reflector with the clinic's logo a gift clients actually use. Hanging reflectors, reflective strips for collars or leashes, and reflective charms are all part of our reflective products category; typical quantities are 100–500 pcs, with one- or two-colour printing.
A practical add-on is an LED light with a keyring — owners carry it on walks, giving the logo repeated visibility. If your clinic focuses on lost-pet awareness, consider a Bluetooth tracker for collars: it's a pricier gift, better suited to a loyalty programme or prize draw than mass distribution.
Bags and gifts clients keep
A tote bag with the clinic's logo replaces the plastic bag clients use to carry home feed or medication. A small drawstring bag is handy for packing toys, balls or a grooming kit. Pens at reception, dosage-reminder notepads, and thermal mugs for staff or client gift sets also work well. You can browse the full range in our promotional products catalogue.

Files and turnaround
Send logos as vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) in CMYK; photos should be raster at 300 dpi. If you don't have a vector file, we can help redraw it. Artwork must be approved by email before production; for promotional products we can also prepare a 3D preview with your logo on request, so you can see the print size and placement.
Printed items — cards, stickers, posters — take 1–3 business days. Promotional products with printing: production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus 2–3 days for delivery, so 6–10 business days in total is typical. Urgent jobs, such as cards needed before a vaccination campaign, can be arranged by agreement.
FAQ
How quickly will the vaccination cards be ready?
Cards and other items we print in-house are ready in 1–3 business days after artwork approval. If you need a shorter deadline, get in touch — we can often make it work.
What's the minimum quantity for bags and reflectors?
Drawstring bags and most small gifts can be ordered from 1 piece, but it's more cost-effective from 50–100 pcs, as the setup fee is spread over a larger quantity. Socks with woven-in logos are an exception — the minimum there is 100 pairs.
Can a card be laminated to prevent creasing, while still allowing dates to be written on it?
Yes, if we laminate only one side or use matte lamination, and you write the date with a permanent marker. If you use a regular ballpoint pen for dates, we recommend unlaminated card stock.
What files do you need for printing?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) in CMYK. Photos need at least 300 dpi. We send the artwork for approval before production.
How much would 300 cards and 100 bags with a logo cost?
As a guide, 300 double-sided cards start from around EUR 35 per run, while 100 bags with one-colour printing start from around EUR 48 plus a setup fee — both prices exclude VAT and depend on material and print size.
Can you also print clinic staff clothing?
Yes. Lab coats, T-shirts, polos and hoodies with embroidery up to 90×90 mm or DTF transfer; the standard chest print area is 110×90 mm.
