Materials: where the difference lies
Non-woven material. The cheapest solution for large numbers of delegates. Holds its shape well, printed with screen printing or DTF. Non-woven bags are designed for the event itself and a few weeks afterwards — not for long-term daily use.
Cotton. A 100 g/m² bag is thin and cheap, while a 220 g/m² bag is a proper shopping bag that delegates will take to the shop. Cotton can also be embroidered, which looks more premium than printing.
RPET and polyester. Bags made from recycled material suit events with a sustainability message — you can mention this in the programme as well. Polyester backpacks are more durable and suitable for technology or business conferences.

The setup fee (screen preparation or embroidery digitising) is charged once per order, so at 300 pcs it's barely noticeable in the price per piece, but at 30 pcs it can be a significant part of the cost. Please send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), colours in CMYK or Pantone. Raster images need 300 dpi at the actual print size. If your logo is only available as a JPG, let us know — it can usually be redrawn.
