In practice, it works best to split items by production technology rather than by event. This way, quotes are comparable and deadlines are realistic.

Signage, information materials and outdoor elements

For municipal signage, the most common choices are PVC banners (510 g/m², with eyelets or grommets), posters A4–A0 on 200 g/m² paper, laminated stickers for doors and windows, and roll-up banner stands for indoor events. For outdoor materials, it's worth specifying UV-resistant inks and lamination in the technical specification — this determines how long the material keeps a tidy appearance.

For informational stickers (rules of conduct, pictograms, translations, ingredient lists), choose PP film with a matte laminate — it's resistant to moisture and cleaning. What to include in the technical specification to make quotes comparable

Mandatory parameters

• Material and weight (e.g. cotton 280 g/m²; PVC 510 g/m²; PP film).
• Size or volume (350 ml, 127×75 mm, 85×200 cm).
• Printing method and number of colours (screen printing in 1 colour, full-colour digital printing, embroidery).
• Print area. Our standard positions for clothing: left chest 110×90 mm, front and back up to 280×210 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm, embroidery up to 90×90 mm.
• Size range for textiles (S–3XL) and colour matching the coat of arms or brand colours.
• Packaging and delivery address.

What often gets forgotten

In the specification, it's worth setting aside a separate line for artwork preparation and print template costs, as well as for a sample: for some items, a digital 3D preview with the coat of arms or logo can be prepared before production. Also specify that the artwork is approved by email — this prevents disputes about colour shade and logo placement.

Prices, quantities and deadlines

The price per piece drops significantly as the batch size grows, since set-up costs (templates, settings) are spread across the whole batch. For example, a thermal mug at 50 pcs is from EUR 5.00, while at 100 pcs it's from EUR 4.43. For textile printing, screen printing becomes more cost-effective from around 30–50 pcs; for smaller quantities, DTF transfer is cheaper.

Deadlines: our own print products (stickers, business cards, posters, booklets) — 1–3 business days; promotional products with printing — usually 6–10 business days (production 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus delivery 2–3 days). Urgent jobs, for example ahead of City Festival, can be arranged by agreement. Please send files in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), CMYK, raster at 300 dpi. Can you prepare technical specification descriptions for procurement documentation?

Yes. Send us the product groups and planned quantities, and we'll provide neutral technical descriptions (material, size, printing method, print area) without specific brand names, along with indicative prices for budget planning.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For many products we work from 1 piece — for example, drawstring bags, umbrellas, anti-stress balls, hoodies. For thermal mugs and lunch boxes, the price list starts from 50 pcs, and for socks with a woven-in logo — from 100 pairs. Sublimation printing on mugs and thermal mugs is also available from 1 pc.

How quickly will we receive a quote?

We send a quote within one business day, both online and as a PDF file with product images, prices, print area, set-up fee and deadline for each item. On request, we also add a 3D preview with your logo or coat of arms.

Is it possible to split delivery across different parish administrations?

Yes. Specify the quantity breakdown and addresses — we'll reflect the delivery terms in the quote. We can also label packaging with stickers by recipient.

How can we ensure consistent colour across different products?

Specify the coat of arms or brand colours in Pantone or CMYK values. For screen printing and pad printing, we match colours to Pantone; for digital printing and sublimation, the shade may vary slightly depending on the material — we check this at the artwork approval stage.

Can you also produce signage and stands as part of the same order as the promotional items?

Yes, we produce printed materials and signage in-house at our facility on Kandavas iela 29A, so we can complete stickers, posters and banners faster and deliver them together with the printed promotional products.
